That is an amazing blonde dye job on an "ethnic" woman. Whoever did that should get an award of some kind.

Colorist here. The most successful blonding is done over several visits, on hair that’s always been done by the same person in a salon. I do a lot of color correction and it’s usually because a woman thinks they can d out themselves cheaper, or go to someone else.
When I finish fixing it, I warn them I’m too busy to fix it again and they’ll have to wait months for an opening.
